CREAMY MASHED POTATOES

Ingredients
- 10 - 12 Gold Potatoes ( can substitute for other types e.g. Russets for a fluffy texture or Yukon Golds for a rich, creamy mash)
- 1-2 teaspoons salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup full fat milk (substitute for other types of milks depending on preference or diet e.g. almond, cashew or coconut milk)
- 2-4 tablespoons of Ghee (JustGhee USA's Original, Nutty or our Infused varieties), melted
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to boil
- Cut potatoes in chunks
- Add potatoes and let them simmer until tender (approx. 10-15 mins – should be able to pierce with a fork when cooked)
- Drain the water and mash the potatoes.
- Warm up the milk
- Add the Ghee, hot milk, salt, and black pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy
- Serve with your favorite meat or veggies (can add herbs)
