GHEE COFFEE
Ingredients
Serves 1
- 1 teaspoon ghee (from JustGhee's Original or Nutty variety)
- 1 cup brewed black coffee (can substitute to any black coffee including cold brews)
- 1 teaspoon coconut sugar (can substitute with any sweetener of choice)
- Pinch of ground cardamom (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric (optional)
Instructions
1. Heat black coffee in a small pan until coffee starts simmering.
2. Add ghee, turmeric (if desired), sweetener of choice, and a pinch of cardamom (if desired).
3. Cook over a low flame for 2 minutes until ghee and sweetener is dissolved.
4. Pour hot coffee mixture in a blender. Give a quick high-powered blend so the ghee emulsifies.
5. Serve hot and Enjoy!
