SIMPLE SUNNY SIDE EGGS
Cooking eggs with Ghee instead of butter or oil radically changes the flavor and taste.
Ingredients
Serves 1
- Ghee (from JustGhee’s Original or Nutty variety)
- 1 egg
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat.
- Once the pan is hot, add Ghee.
- Crack an egg in a bowl, check for shell fragments then slide gently into skillet
- Cover the skillet, cook for 2-3 minutes (until egg white fully sets and egg yolk remains runny).
Note: For over-easy, over-medium and over-hard egg, flip egg and cook for longer, as desired.
- Remove egg from pan.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Enjoy!
