SIMPLE SUNNY SIDE EGGS

Cooking eggs with Ghee instead of butter or oil radically changes the flavor and taste.

Ingredients

Serves 1

  • Ghee (from JustGhee’s Original or Nutty variety)
  • 1 egg
  • Salt
  • Pepper

 

Instructions

  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat.
  2. Once the pan is hot, add Ghee.
  3. Crack an egg in a bowl, check for shell fragments then slide gently into skillet
  4. Cover the skillet, cook for 2-3 minutes (until egg white fully sets and egg yolk remains runny).

Note: For over-easy, over-medium and over-hard egg, flip egg and cook for longer, as desired.

  1. Remove egg from pan.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Enjoy!
